Dr. Parvesh Lata
Dr. Parvesh Lata is presently working as an Associate Professor and Head, Department of Education,
GD Goenka University, Gurugram. She holds a Ph.D (Education), M.Sc. (Env. Sc.), B.Ed., M.Ed. and
M.Phil(Education). She has qualified UGC-NET (Education); Haryana-SLET (Env. Sc.); Agricultural
Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB)-NET (Env. Sc.) PUSA, New Delhi; CTET (TGT Science, PRT),
2011.She has completed Online Course Module on ‘Supervising Pre-service Teachers’ from
Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL),2016.
Dr. Parvesh Lata is an expert in the area of Science Education, Education Technology and Teacher
Education. She has 19 years of experience in the education sector. Dr. Parvesh Lata has served in
academic and Research position at Various colleges and universities. Elected as a Member in
Editorial Board in National/International journals and Awarded with various titles such as ‘Best
teacher Using Digital Media Platform’, Gyan Ratna National award, GC Memorial Best Research
Author and Best Resource Person award, Best Young Women Leadership Silver award; Higher
Education Leadership summit award; Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Global Educator Award and
fellowship awards. She is a Life time Member of Global Educational Research Association (GERA),
Mohali, Punjab; Member of Federation of Education Leaders and Administrators Foundation (FELA).
She is an Executive Member, Council for Teacher Education foundation Delhi-NCR Chapter.
She has been contributing as a Resource Person/ Co-ordinator/Organizer to various workshop,
seminar and conferences at national and international levels. She has published various research
papers in reputed National /International Journals, edited and authored books. She has also received
the IKS Master trainer Certificate from UGC-IKS, MOE India and recognized as Mentor by the NCTE
for National Mission for Mentoring (NMM) programme. Dr. Parvesh Lata’s current research interests
are focused on e-learning or ICT Mediated Education and Text-based content in science education.
She has developed material for MOOCs (Swyam) and university courses in the field of education.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, is an Honorary Academic Director at Alpha International School and Akar
Group of Colleges, an eminent educationist, author, editor and an orator. He is a permanent faculty at
the Sheth C. N. College of Education, Ahmedabad. He is an M.A. (English Literature), M.Ed., Ph.D.
(Education) and NET (Edu.). Dr. Sharma, has an innate flair for innovations in Education. He has
conducted an in-depth research work on ‘Free Progress Education-Its’ Idea, Meaning and Operation
in Mirambika’ under the supervision of Robert John Shotton, Fellow at University of York, UK. He
was trained for the class room management and teaching by Dr. Daya Modelay, Prof. in Department
of Education, University of London.
Dr. Sharma has presented and published numerous research papers in National and International
Journals. He is an Editor of an international journal ‘Voice of Research’. He has convened workshops
and Seminars. He has carried out various sponsored Education Projects. He is Resource Person to
many Universities and other Agencies to conduct sessions on Educational content and concerns. He
drafted manual and framed policy for School Quality Assessment and Accreditation (SQAA). He was
in the expert member of drafting committee or ‘School Assessment and Accreditation Framwork’ at
Children University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He has also drafted curriculum for various programs and
courses at different level. Under his guidance five(5) Ph.D. students have been awarded degrees.
He is honoured with ‘Shiksha Shiromani Award’.
Mrs. Sunita Rai
Mrs. Sunita Rai holds an M.Sc. and M.Ed. and is a certified career analyst and seasoned
education professional with 38 years of leadership experience in teaching, school
administration, and teachers’ training at national-level within the Kendriya Vidyalaya
Sangathan (KVS) and served as its Assistant Commissioner (Training). Her other
professional accomplishments include certification in Future Learning & Development
Leader – KPMG, 2023, Mentoring for Teacher Professional Development – TISS, Mumbai
and National Resource Person, Adolescence Education Programme – NCERT. She is
recognized in academia for driving academic excellence and policy implementation,
including the rollout of NEP 2020 training.
As the Founder of Vanya Career Consultancy, she is committed to empowering young minds
through personalized career guidance, helping them shape meaningful, future-ready career
paths. Her approach blends deep educational insight with scientific career assessments and an
empathetic understanding of student needs. She also has been felicitated with KVS National
Incentive Award – 2015, KVS Regional Incentive Award – 2012, Ayush Friendly School of
the Year – Yoga & Naturopathy Summit, 2018. Other than that she was also commended by
the MHRD & the Commissioner, KVS for student academic performance under her
leadership.
Dr. Anjani Kumar Suman
Dr. Anjani Kumar Suman, one of the resource persons for the Diploma in Guidance and
Counselling, is currently serving as an Assistant professor at Mahabodhi Mahavidyalaya,
Nalanda, a constituent of the Pataliputra University, Bihar . An acclaimed academician, Dr.
Suman has done his MA in AIHC and Archaeology along with MA in Sociology. He is a
PhD in Ancient Indian History and is currently pursuing his second PhD, in Education, from
Sai Nath University, Ranchi. He is also an M.Ed.
Based in Bihar, Dr. Suman has been in the field of Education for more than 10 years.
Through the course of these years, he has given many guest lectures and conducted
workshops at various Universities. He also has served as Evaluator at Pataliputra University,
Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar University and K.K University, Bihar. He is also the author
of numerous research papers and books.
Aditya Jha
Aditya Jha is a counselling psychologist. He is an M.A in Psychology from Banaras Hindu
University, Varanasi and B.A (H) Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He is
also an UGC-NET qualified scholar. He is a dedicated personnel to the field of Psychology
and endeavours to its advancement in the country.
He also has two dissertations to his name. His Bachelor’s dissertation focused on how
Excessive Social Media Usage, Loneliness influenced Emotional Regulation capabilities of
Young Adults, while his Master’s dissertation explored how Religiosity and Control Beliefs
shaped Attitudes towards Mental Health.
He has been associated with WeServe since July, 2025 as Programme Coordinator for
overseeing multiple programs initiated by the Organisation. Other than that, he has previously
been associated with Mental Health professionals in Delhi-NCR. He attempts to establish a
counselling practice which is tailored to the Indian masses, encompassing the various social
dynamics that shape the Indian social being.
