Government Training Programmes

The National Training Policy (NTP) envisages competency based training and training for all. The National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – Mission Karmayogi aims to create a competent civil service rooted in Indian ethos, with a shared understanding of India’s priorities, working in harmonisation for effective and efficient public service delivery.

The WeServe is thus actively involved in training the officers and staff members of Government, Public Sector Enterprises and Autonomous institutions and transforming the public servants from “rule based” to “role based” functionaries.

We also design and implement Learning and Development Programs and Peripatetic Training (PT) courses for enhancing competencies at all levels.
