Training & Consultancy
Why Training is Necessary in the Present Era?
In the contemporary global economy, rapid technological advancement and structural transformation of labour markets, continuous training and development is an essential requirement for workforce sustainability and competitiveness. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 identifies technological change, demographic shifts, geoeconomic fragmentation, economic uncertainty, and the green transition as major forces reshaping employment patterns and skill requirements worldwide.
The report indicates that labour market transformation between 2025 and 2030 will affect approximately 22% of existing jobs, resulting in the creation of new roles as well as the displacement or transformation of many others particularly in clerical and routine occupations. Such changes demand continuous skill renewal and workforce adaptability.
The report highlights that around 39% of existing skill sets are expected to be transformed or become outdated over the current decade. Employers increasingly prioritise analytical thinking, resilience, flexibility, technological literacy, and AI-related competencies for the workforce. Digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence are driving demand for specialised skills such as data analysis, cybersecurity, and programming, while human-centered capabilities like creativity, problem-solving, and lifelong learning are gaining equal importance. The report estimates that if the global workforce consisted of 100 individuals, 59 would need training or reskilling by 2030. These findings clearly demonstrate that training is no longer optional but a structural necessity in modern economies.
