WeServe offers a unique Teacher Training program for developing FLN competencies among children. The main objectives of this programme is to make our teachers aware of the new ideas and techniques of pedagogy and teaching at the ECCE and elementary levels, equipping them to:

• Develop the competency of reading among almost every student of their respective class so that children become motivated, independent and engaged readers who start reading with comprehension possessing sustainable reading skills.
• Ensure assessment ‘as, of and for’ learning through portfolios, group and collaborative work, project work, quizzes, role plays, games, oral presentation, short tests etc.
• Develop the basic understanding and competencies related to numeracy and its related concepts.
• Ensure tracking of learning levels of all students.
